Linden Capital Partners, a Chicago-based healthcare private equity firm, completed the investment in Formulated Solutions, a provider of contract development and manufacturing services for over-the-counter and prescription healthcare products. HealthEdge Investment Partners co-invested in the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
