Abu Dhabi Health Services to acquire Salma Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital from Mawarid Finance.

Abu Dhabi Health Services, a healthcare provider, agreed to acquire Salma Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, an integrated long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation hospital, from Mawarid Finance, a finance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Paediatric care has always been a priority focus area for SEHA’s strategy. Building a modern integrated healthcare system, that embeds the latest innovative technologies, is essential to increase patient accessibility and to support a seamless patient journey.
