Peak Rock Capital completed the acquisition of SAM Companies from Austin Ventures.

Peak Rock Capital, a middle-market private investment firm, completed the acquisition of SAM Companies, a provider of geospatial services, from Austin Ventures, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SAM represents an opportunity to invest in a growing infrastructure services platform with a strong leadership position in advanced geospatial technologies.
