Azelis completed the acquisition of Coseal for $27m.

Azelis, an innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, completed the acquisition of Coseal, a producer of agricultural surfactants, for $27m. "If COseal's expertise and Azelis' global network are combined, we will be able to provide improved services and products to existing customers," Kang Sang-jin, Coseal CEO.
