LINE Digital Frontier to acquire eBOOK Initiative Japan from Z Holdings for $140m.

LINE Digital Frontier offered to acquire eBOOK Initiative Japan, a firm involved in planning, development, distribution and production of electronic content, books, magazines, and publications, from Z Holdings, a provider of electronic commerce and settlement finance services, for $140m. LINE Digital made the offer to acquire 3.35m shares at $41.95 per share. Post completion, LINE Digital Frontier will be delisted. The Board of Directors of eBOOK Initiative Japan encouraged its shareholders to apply for tender offer.
