Quadrant Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Fullerton Australia of Fullerton Healthcare, a vertically integrated healthcare platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “It’s an exciting time for the business as it continues to evolve and grow under the new ownership.
