Banque Palatine, SocFim and Caisse d'Epargne Hauts-de-France led a €30m funding round in La Casa, a provider of in residential co-living France. Funds raised will be used to develop a network of houses acquired by property owner La Casa Immobilier, with an increase from 30 to 100 dwellings over the next three years, in the Paris region and across France.
