Valedo Partners-backed Prosero Security, a Swedish security company, agreed to acquire Lukkoässä, a full-service lock shop. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re so proud to welcome Lukkoässä on board at Prosero. The company is a leader in an attractive region with long traditions in industry.
