Falfurrias Capital Partners-backed Sauer Brands completed the acquisition of Mateo's Gourmet Salsa.

Falfurrias Capital Partners-backed Sauer Brands, makers of iconic flavor-enhancing condiments, seasonings and spices, completed the acquisition of Mateo's Gourmet Salsa, a salsa brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are incredibly excited to add Mateo's Gourmet Salsa to our growing family of highly differentiated, and inspired flavors.
