Nichirei Logistics Group to acquire cold storage division of Norish.

Nichirei Logistics Group, a temperature-controlled logistics group, agreed to acquire cold storage division of Norish, a supply chain solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the latest acquisition, the company will expand its temperature-controlled logistics business to the UK through Norish Limited, which operates six refrigerated warehouses in inland and port areas, providing storage and related value added services including blast freezing.
