Synopsis
BC Partners, an alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Tentamus, a product testing and safety group, from Auctus Capital Partners, a financial services and investment banking firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. The private equity firm will work alongside existing Tentamus investor Auctus Capital Partners.
