RFR Investco 1, a real estate investor, agreed to acquire a 81.87% stake in AGROB Immobilien, a German real estate company, from Apollo Capital, an investment firm, for €76m. AGROB Immobilien focuses on the development and management of the AGROB Media and Business Park in Ismaning. This is a nationally recognised and established location, especially for companies in the media industry.
