Select Energy Services completed the acquisition of Agua Libre and water-related assets and operations from Basic Energy Services for $20m.

Select Energy Services, a provider of water management solutions, completed the acquisition of Agua Libre, a provider of water midstream, and water-related assets and operations from Basic Energy Services, a provider of maintaining services, for $20m. This acquisition significantly expands our produced water infrastructure footprint and further increases the Company's revenue weighting towards production-related services and solutions.
