Epsilyte completed the acquisition of StyroChem Canada from PMC Capital.

Epsilyte, a provider of advanced materials, completed the acquisition of StyroChem Canada, a producer of expandable polystyrene, from PMC Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to complete this acquisition and we welcome the StyroChem associates to the Epsilyte team.
