Sentinel Midstream Texas and ExxonMobil Pipeline to form Enercoast Midstream.

Sentinel Midstream Texas, a midstream solutions for crude oil provider, and ExxonMobil Pipeline, an oil & energy company, agreed to form Enercoast Midstream, a joint venture.
