MicroPort completed the acquisition of Hemovent.

MicroPort, a global medical device developer and manufacturer that is headquartered in Shanghai, China, completed the acquisition of Hemovent, a medical technology manufacturer in Aachen, Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed.
