Altor-backed Nordic Tyre Group completed the acquisition of Latakko.

Altor-backed Nordic Tyre Group, an independent tire distributor in the Nordics, completed the acquisition of Latakko, a wholesaler of tires for retail in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This is due to a specialized and competent work organization that aims to provide high quality services and products to both customers and suppliers. I am working closely with Latako and I am already looking forward to our meeting so that best practice can be spread across national borders," Magnus von Haartman, Nordic Tire Group Managing Director.
