Findos completed the acquisition of Unicon Software from Fujitsu.

Findos, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Unicon Software, a provider of software solutions, from Fujitsu, an information & communications technology equipment and services firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Unicon was founded in 1993 and is a pioneer for thin client software. With the operating system eLux and the management solution Scout Unicon offers intuitive, secure and smart solutions within the area of end-user computing, which is installed worldwide at two million devices.
