ISAGRI Group completed the acquisition of Cecurity.com.

ISAGRI Group, a provider of management solutions and innovative technologies, completed the acquisition of Cecurity.com, a third-party software publisher. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition is the result of work in collaboration with Alain Borghesi, who is continuing his duties as Chief Executive Officer. Following this transaction, the ISAGRI Group will hold more than 90% of Cecurity.com shares and will initiate a market withdrawal process.
