Bilkompaniet to acquire four facilities in Bergslagen from Bilia.

Bilkompaniet, a company committed to the sale of new and used cars, agreed to acquire four facilities in Bergslagen from Bilia, a car dealer. Financial terms are not disclosed. The sale refers to the facilities in Avesta, Hedemora, Fagersta and Sala. These facilities conduct sales of new cars, used cars and service for Volvo and Renault.
