Ter Beke to acquire Imperial Meat and Stegeman from Sigma Alimentos.

Ter Beke, a fresh food group, agreed to acquire Imperial Meat and Stegeman, a meat products manufacturer, from Sigma Alimentos, a producer and distributor of refrigerated and frozen food. Financial terms are not disclosed. Ter Beke, which supplies branded and private-label products, will own the Imperial and Stegeman brands, which include vegan products, as well as Marcassou, Leielander and Bistro. The deal also includes the Aoste and Justin Bridou brands licensed by Sigma.
