Broadcom completed the acquisition of Silicon photo multiplier business from KETEK.

Broadcom, an American designer, developer, manufacturer and global supplier of a wide range of semiconductor and infrastructure software products, completed the acquisition of Silicon photo multiplier business from KETEK, a developer and manufacturer of Silicon Drift Detectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Broadcom will take over all SiPM products from KETEK, integrate the former KETEK SiPM products in the Broadcom SiPM portfolio and continue the sales of all SiPM products.
