Motherson Sumi Systems completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in CIM Tools.

Motherson Sumi Systems, an automotive OEM manufacturer, completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in CIM Tools, an aerospace supply chain company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is our first significant step towards growth in the aerospace business. This is in line with our diversification strategy and will help us in strengthening our non-automotive business," Vivek Chaand Sehgal, Motherson Sumi Chairman.
