MotorK, a specialized in the development of SaaS solutions, agreed to acquire Dapda, a Spanish provider of digital tools to automotive retailers, FIDCAR, an innovative solution provider for automotive retail based in France, and FranceProNet, a top-tier French digital agency specialising in web solutions for the automotive sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As we enter our next phase of growth, these acquisitions are a testament to our strategy to build on our M&A track record to continue increasing our market share by driving consolidation in the highly fragmented automotive retail market.
