Volex to acquire Prodamex SA de CV and Terminal & Cable TC for $18m.

Volex, an integrated manufacturing specialist for performance-critical applications and power products, agreed to acquire the wire and cable harnesses providers Prodamex SA de CV and Terminal & Cable TC for $18m. "The acquisitions of Prodamex and TC further expand our geographic coverage and technical capabilities in North America. Each of these businesses represent a compelling acquisition in markets that offer us growth opportunities," Nat Rothschild, Volex Executive Chairman.
