NCS to acquire ClayOPS, Velocity Business Solutions, and Riley.

NCS, a digital services company, agreed to acquire ClayOPS, Velocity Business Solutions, and Riley, data analytics and cloud companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions are targeted and timely as they will accelerate our expansion into Asia Pacific, particularly in the high-growth markets of Singapore, Greater China and Australia.
