Francisco Partners-backed Forcepoint to acquire Bitglass.

Francisco Partners-backed Forcepoint, an American multinational corporation software company headquartered in Austin, agreed to acquire Bitglass, a total data protection company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Complexity is the enemy of security.
