Synopsis

Edit

binderholz, a manufacturer of timber products, agreed to acquire BSW Timber, an integrated forestry and sawmilling group, from Endless, a private equity firm, for £380m (c.$502m). "We are very pleased to be strengthening our position in the value-add timber market by becoming part of the Binderholz family. The opportunity to enhance our supply chain, and additionally widen our product offering is exciting. This represents another major milestone in the growth of BSW and provides our customers with a more robust and broader range of products," Tony Hackney, BSW CEO.
