White Bridge Investments, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Delta Med, a company in the vascular accessories sector, for €50.5m. The transaction is aimed at supporting the company’s future growth trajectory and creating an investment platform to further pursue an aggregation and consolidation process in the medical devices industry, both in Italy and Europe.
