KPS-backed Howden to acquire CPI from EnPro for $195m.

KPS-backed Howden, a global provider of mission critical air and gas handling products and services, agreed to acquire Compressor Products International, a designer and manufacturer of sealing components, from EnPro, an industrial technology company, for $195m.
