Kepler Cheuvreux completed the acquisition of Ellipsis AM from BNP Paribas-backed Exane SA.

Kepler Cheuvreux, an independent European financial services company, completed the acquisition of Ellipsis AM, an asset management company, from BNP Paribas-backed Exane SA, an investment company.
