Henko Capital Partners completed the acquisition of MMYPEM.

Henko Capital Partners, a Spanish private equity firm, completed the acquisition of MMYPEM, a service for power generation plants company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Because of their growth potential, unique positioning and strong management teams, MMYPEM and Teiga-TMI fit perfectly with our project to create a multidisciplinary platform in the area of industrial services for the energy sector.
