Wellspring Capital-backed RAYUS Radiology to acquire Diagnostic Centers Of America.

Wellspring Capital-backed RAYUS Radiology, a provider of diagnostic and interventional radiology, agreed to acquire Diagnostic Centers Of America, a diagnostic imaging facility. Financial terms are not disclosed.
