Elopak, a filling systems provider, completed the acquisition of Naturepak Beverage, a packaging company, from Gulf Industrial Group, a manufacturing concern, and Pactiv Evergreen, a manufacturer of fresh food and beverage packaging, for $96m. “This transaction represents an important part of the growth ambitions we outlined to our shareholders during our IPO this year.
