Cresci al Sud, a private equity fund, and RFLTC, an investment holding company completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Tesi, an Italian precision engineering company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This transaction represents a fundamental step in the company's future development, as well as a moment of growth for our family.
