Nortia Capital, a capital provider, and Key Capital, an operator of an infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Aguas de Navarra, an operator of construction and engineering services, from OHLA, a construction company, for $25m. The operation is part of OHLA's strategy to sell assets that allow it to reduce debt and strengthen its financial position.
