Arvida Group completed the acquisition of Arena Living from Blackstone for $232m.

Arvida Group, an owner of retirement villages, completed the acquisition of Arena Living, a portfolio of six retirement villages in Auckland and Tauranga, from Blackstone for $232m. “A portfolio of this scale in these central locations is challenging to replicate. We have the ability to consider a range of future development and care options to enhance and improve resident and village amenity with the spread-out nature of these sites,” Jeremy Nicoll, Arvida CEO.
