LEA Partners completed the acquisition of b+m group from Main Capital Partners.

LEA Partners, a German technology investor, completed the acquisition of b+m group, a software provider for the banking and insurance industry, from Main Capital Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The b+m group stands for outstanding technological skills combined with a strong market position as a software provider for the financial services sector.
