Kester Capital completed the acquisition of Rephine.

Kester Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Rephine, an audits and regulatory consulting services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Rephine provides an invaluable service to its auditees and customers through its differentiated audit library model.
