Synopsis

Edit

A&M Capital, a European middle-market investment fund, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Ayesa, an international provider of technology and engineering services, for $225m. This corporate operation will allow Ayesa to consolidate itself as a digital services platform and exploit its potential in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, data analysis, cybersecurity and cloud computing, among others. Likewise, it will promote the growth of the engineering business - recognized internationally for its positioning in urban transport and water supply - with a strong strategy of geographic diversification.
