White Hat Capital Partners, an investment manager, and Magnetar Capital, a hedge fund, completed a $100m investment in Comtech Telecommunications, a provider of emergency systems and secure wireless communications technologies. “We are grateful for this significant investment and endorsement of our strategy and team by sophisticated investors with deep technology experience and relationships.
