Equistone completed the acquisition of Gardengate from Crest Capital Partners.

Equistone, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Gardengate, a manufacturer of aluminum products, from Crest Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We intend to grow Gardengate and reinforce the group’s prominent position in the production of equipment for the outdoor environment of the home, and believe that Equistone is the right partner to achieve this goal.
