Antin Infrastructure Partners, an independent private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Origis Energy, a renewable energy platform, from Global Atlantic Financial Group, a retirement and life insurance company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to have participated in Origis Energy’s great success story, first as an investor in its solar projects and later as the company’s largest outside shareholder.
