JLL Partners completed the acquisition of Emcor Enclosures from Angeles Equity-backed Crenlo.

JLL Partners, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Emcor Enclosures, a manufacturer of equipment enclosures and consoles for aerospace and defense, from Angeles Equity-backed Crenlo, a manufacturer of engineered operator cabs and roll over protective structures. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We congratulate and thank the Emcor leadership team for their contributions to the Crenlo group.
