JLL Partners, an American private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Emcor Enclosures, a manufacturer of equipment enclosures and consoles for aerospace and defense, from Angeles Equity-backed Crenlo, a manufacturer of engineered operator cabs and roll over protective structures.
