PGIM to acquire Green Harvest Asset Management.

PGIM, a company offers a wide range of investment strategies and solutions across various asset classes, agreed to acquire Green Harvest Asset Management, a New York-based investment firm specializing in tax-beneficial strategies using ETFs.
