BlackEarth Minerals, an integrated graphite developer, and Metachem, a firm engaged in the manufacturing, supplying and exporting expandable graphite, agreed to form a joint venture supply a material portion of all imports of expandable graphite into Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The signing of this JV is an exciting development in the growth of our company.
