Bridgepoint, the quoted private assets growth investor, completed the investment in PTV Group, a global software company for traffic simulation and planning as well as provider of optimisation solutions for transport logistics, from Porsche Automobil, a corporation with investments in the automotive industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
