MCH Private Equity, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Uriach Group, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. MCH has acquired Uriach Group's B2B business, which comprises four of its investees: Urquima, S.A., J. Uriach y Compañía, S.A., Biohorm, S.L and Palau Pharma, S.A.
