Britannia Financial Group completed the acquisition of Arbitral Securities

Britannia Financial Group, an international financial services group, completed the acquisition of Arbitral Securities, a brokerage business. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The integration of Arbitral Securities further enhances and strengthens Britannia Securities’ offering.
