Madison Industries-backed Filtration Group completed the acquisition of Columbus Industries.

Madison Industries-backed Filtration Group, a manufacturer of air filters, completed the acquisition of Columbus Industries, a company design, manufacture and distribute air filters. Financial terms were not disclosed.
